About This Training

FAT (Faithful, Available, Teachable) is a simple framework for identifying and investing in people who are ready to grow and multiply. In this training, we'll explore what each part means, how to grow in these areas, and why they matter when we are looking for people to disciple and develop into leadership teams and Kingdom multipliers.

“And what you have heard from me
in the presence of many witnesses
entrust to faithful men who will be able
to teach others also.”
— 2 Timothy 2:2
