About This Training

Multiplication happens when leaders develop leaders. In this training, we'll explore how to intentionally invest in emerging leaders, give them opportunities to grow, provide encouragement and feedback, and help them reproduce the same process in others. Leadership development is not just about filling roles — it is about creating a culture where leaders continually raise up other leaders.
